About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at The Chartered Institute of Marketing. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for proactively advising and selling all CIM learning and development products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted learning advisor to provide guidance and solutions to customers.
  • Maintain and develop excellent relationships with all customers via video calls, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Provide outstanding post-sale support and guidance to customers to encourage retention and reduce deferral rates.
  • Respond to all email and phone enquiries in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities to consistently achieve team and individual targets.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional colleagues to ensure consistently high levels of service.
  • Maintain the CRM system/pipeline ensuring data is accurately recorded.
  • Continuously maintain high levels of product and marketing industry knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent grammar and spelling.
  • Communicates all needs, instructions, and decisions clearly.
  • Good organisation and time management.
  • Good all-round IT skills, comfortable working with MS Office applications.
  • Experience of using CRM systems.
  • Experience of using virtual platforms, i.e., Zoom.
