Aftersales Team Lead

Develop and implement efficient service standards and procedures.
Manage and maintain seamless service desk communications with both the team and customers.
Supervise Service and Aftersales team ensuring targets are met and customer satisfaction levels are maintained.
Promote excellence in customer relationships, improving customer satisfaction while maintaining quality and repair times.
Ensure customer satisfaction, addressing customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Review and update service methods whenever necessary to improve overall efficiency.
Conduct quarterly appraisals of team members and identify areas for improvement / development.
Creat and present regular progress reports to senior management.
Instructing customers on work required, care and maintenance.
Ensure housekeeping standards and maintained to a high level, including the workshop and car park areas.
Requirements:
Must be driven, enthusiastic and keen to exceed both company and customer expectations.
Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
Previous experience in the same or similar role.
100% focused on delivering an excellent after sales experience for customers.
Exceptional organisation and diary management skills
Proficient in Microsoft office and service-related programmes.
Full clean driving license.
Smartly always presented.
Must be open to new ways of doing things and able to quickly adapt to our processes.
Working hours Monday-Friday 8am – 5.30pm, alternate Saturdays 8am – 12.30pm.
