Private Medical Practice Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised administrative assistant to join our team at Knightsbridge Recruitment - Angela Mortimer Plc Group.
The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, empathy and discretion to provide administrative support including:
- Answering calls and managing phone queries
- Booking appointments and managing the practice schedule
- Preparing referral letters and other correspondence
- Coordinating prescriptions and medication orders
- Invoicing and managing patient payments
The administrative assistant will work closely with patients, doctors and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and service. Prior experience as an administrator in a medical setting is desirable, but not essential. What is key is a flexible attitude, strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the medical team
- Managing patient records and confidentiality
- Assisting with clinical procedures and protocols
Salary: The salary for this position is estimated to be around £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
