Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading and managing a team of engineers to budget and programme deadlines.
  2. Providing engineering support to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  3. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Responding to technical queries, product permits, concessions, and non-conformances.
  5. Daily interfacing with construction personnel to ensure engineering design intent is met.
  6. Producing and checking structural calculations, technical reports, and details.
  7. Reviewing contractor method statements and inspection plans.
  8. Participating in walk downs, meetings, and reviews.

Requirements include a degree in a relevant field, nuclear industry experience preferred but not essential, and strong communication and analytical skills.
