Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Head of Housekeeping. As a key member of our residential care team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of housekeeping are delivered to the highest standard.

You will have experience of working in a similar role within a care home, hospital or hotel environment, and be able to demonstrate a proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will work closely with colleagues, residents and their families.

In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary package of £36,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including free training and development opportunities, access to wellbeing and support tools, and a range of retail discounts and savings.
