Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Production Lead

Job Summary:
Resource Recruitment is seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Production Lead to join our client's team in Bournemouth. As a Production Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 8 to undertake new product development, design for manufacture, and responsible for all current product lines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the Production Engineering team
• Optimise processes and provide production support
• New product introduction and design for manufacture
• Team management, empowering others, and delegating
• Continuous Professional Development and maximising team performance
• Timely and consistent delivery of all production demand
• Respond to stoppages and quality issues
• Lean manufacturing principles to streamline production processes, eliminate waste, and improve overall efficiency

Requirements:
• Production Engineering experience within an Electro-Mechanical industry
• Strong people management experience
• Good IT skills with experience of Microsoft packages
• LEAN manufacturing experience
• Any formal Engineering or Technical qualifications would be beneficial
