As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our guest experience and driving the success of our venues. You will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the venue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction through hands-on leadership and team engagement.
  • Maintain high standards in service, training, and operations while ensuring a hands-on presence during peak hours.
  • Lead marketing initiatives, boost social media engagement, and uphold the unique brand experience at each venue.
  • Ensure operational compliance, manage costs effectively, and contribute to team development and recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Previous management experience in hospitality, preferably in high-volume bars/restaurants.
