About this Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Postie to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a Postie, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers across the region, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all deliveries are made safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver mail and parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner

• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

• Work safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant health and safety procedures

• Maintain a high level of physical fitness, walking long distances and working in various weather conditions

Requirements

• Upbeat, independent, and self-motivated individual with a strong sense of community

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and colleagues of all ages and backgrounds

• A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
