Dundee Administrative Assistant

BeBee Professionals is seeking an experienced Administrator to provide administrative support for our team in Dundee, United Kingdom. This role is critical for ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities and effective communication within the company.
About the role:- This position involves providing exceptional administrative support to our team members, handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with a high level of professionalism.
- Maintenance of office supplies and equipment inventories is also a key responsibility, ensuring that all necessary resources are available when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions.
- Manage office filing systems and databases, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist with the organization of company events and training sessions, providing logistical support as required.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred, but not mandatory; relevant skills and qualifications will be considered.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive attitude towards resolving issues.
