NHS Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Support Worker. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing compassionate care to patients in various healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include monitoring patients' conditions, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring patient dignity and well-being. You will work closely with experienced healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and support. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to the relevant authorities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 6 months' acute HCSW UK hospital/hospice experience within the last 2 years. You must also hold a relevant qualification, such as the Care Certificate or a QCF Level 2 Diploma in Healthcare Support Services. A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be required for this position.
