Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to lead our team in Petts Wood, Bromley. As a Senior Veterinary Surgeon - Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional veterinary care and overseeing clinical activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise commercial performance.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and standards of excellence.
  • Cultivate a close-knit team of veterinary professionals.
  • Work closely with the Practice Manager to achieve key objectives.

Requirements:

  • RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon with experience in delivering strong commercial performance.
  • Excellent coaching and influencing skills.
  • Able to work closely with the Practice Manager.
