Job Description

This role involves assisting in the daily operation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment within the Data Center/Facility. You will work closely with contractors or data center engineers to ensure the smooth functioning of facility equipment and building racks.

Responsibilities
  • Operation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment
  • Collaboration with contractors or data center engineers to ensure proper operation and maintenance
  • Site walkthroughs to verify proper operation of Facility Equipment and Monitoring System
  • Ensuring overall availability and reliability for customers
  • Installation and decommissioning of rack equipment
  • Root cause analysis of equipment failures
  • Troubleshooting of facility and rack-level events within internal SLA
  • Safety procedures adherence while performing work
