About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Barback to join our East London team at Shoreditch House. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will support the bartending teams in the smooth running of the bar.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure the bar is stocked with spirits, garnishes, ice, and other products needed throughout their shift.
  • Ensure that glasses, stirrers, shakers, strainers and other bartending tools are clean and in the proper position for use.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile hospitality venue (preferred but not essential)
  • Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
  • Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
  • Sense of urgency
  • Yes, yes, yes mentality
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
  • Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required
