The ideal candidate will have a Degree in Nursing or Operating Department Practice and be registered with the NMC or HCPC. They should also have experience of working in a similar role and possess good knowledge of both theory and practice relating to Orthopaedic scrub.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of skilled Perioperative care as a member of a multidisciplinary team. They will supervise qualified, newly qualified, and student nurses on a day-to-day basis, helping them achieve their objectives. The role requires maintaining personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the job.
