About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our client's brand new Accident Repair Bodyshop Team in Milton Keynes.

  • As a skilled VDA / Estimator, you will assess a wide range of vehicles using Audatex, calculate costings and time required for repairs, and liaise with insurance engineers, workshop staff, and customers.
  • You will work in a high-volume environment, adhering to BSI PAS 10125 standards, and be responsible for planning your workload effectively to meet agreed timescales.
  • Our ideal candidate will have previous experience as a VDA / Estimator in a Bodyshop environment and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
About You:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work skilfully and safely under pressure, carry out work in accordance with manufacturer's specifications, and work effectively as part of a team.

  • You must be able to plan your workload effectively, work safely under pressure, and carry out work in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
  • Our ideal candidate will be flexible, work to high standards, and prioritize customer satisfaction.
