Childcare Professional

At Teaching Personnel, we are seeking an experienced Childcare Professional to join our team as a Level Three Nursery Assistant. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to work in various nurseries across Cornwall, providing a safe and stimulating environment for young children.

• Support daily routines and activities in the nursery, ensuring a secure and engaging atmosphere for all children.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that foster learning and development across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Assist with personal care, including feeding, changing, and toileting, while maintaining confidentiality and respect.

In this role, you will build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff, promoting a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Your experience working with young children and knowledge of the EYFS framework will be invaluable in creating a supportive and enriching educational experience.

• A Level Three qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3).
• Experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for early years education.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
