About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Finance team at Novus Property Solutions Ltd. Based in our Central support office in Stoke, this role will involve proactive management of purchase and sub-contractor ledgers, working closely with our operational teams across the UK.

Your responsibilities will include processing supplier invoices, sub-contractor payments, and weekly/month-end payment runs. You will also be responsible for reviewing, approving and processing employee expenses and mileage claims on a weekly basis.

Your Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a similar position and a good level of computer skills. You must be highly organised, methodical and confident in your ability to communicate verbally and in writing. A competitive salary of £25,000 per annum is offered, plus benefits including 27 days holiday and a company pension scheme.
