Location: Matchday Operations

Compensation: Starting at £12.00 per hour

Schedule: Match Days on Tuesday evenings from 5pm to 10pm and Saturdays from 11:30am to 5pm

As a Culinary Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing food for matchday kiosks
- Taking charge of food preparation and presentation to meet our high standards
- Collaborating with the kiosk team
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ensuring food safety protocols are followed

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare a variety of dishes for service in matchday kiosks.
  • Ensure the delivery and presentation of food items align with company standards.
  • Contribute to menu planning and development for upcoming events.
  • Manage inventory levels to reduce waste.
  • Uphold cleanliness in kiosks at all times, including during close down.
  • Assist in the secure closing of kiosks, ensuring all stock is accounted for and equipment is cleaned.

Required Experience

  • High standards of personal grooming and presentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
  • Flexibility in working hours.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
