Asphalt Plant Operations Manager

Job OpportunityWe're seeking a proactive and hands-on Asphalt Plant Supervisor to join our team at Wickwar Quarry. As a Supervisor, you'll have the autonomy to run your own site and play a key part in our concrete production within the area. You'll be responsible for ensuring the site is kept clean, tidy, and safe, with the support of our wider team.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise your team and tasks required day to day
- Ensure the site is kept clean, tidy, and safe
- Work closely with the Production Manager to achieve business objectives
- Experience in a similar role or environment such as asphalt, aggregates, concrete, cement, quarrying, or mining
- Hardworking, reliable, and professional individual with good communication skills
- NVQ Wheeled Loading Shovel licence is desirable, but full training will be given to the successful applicant
- Experience of working in an environment where Health and Safety is paramount
