About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Manager - Real Estate & Facilities to join our team at Jacobs. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a real estate lease portfolio at a strategic level, ensuring effective use of company resources.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a real estate lease portfolio at a strategic level, ensuring effective use of company resources.
  • Lead a service delivery team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Travel nationally and internationally, as required, to support business needs.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in a real estate and facilities management role at a strategic level.
  • Management or leadership experience in a service delivery environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with high proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
