We are a not-for-profit leisure trust with a strong purpose to support local communities and hard-to-reach groups through leisure activities.
Our vision is to inspire people to be more active, improve their wellbeing, and contribute to improved lives. We achieve this by providing fun and welcoming sessions in our leisure centres and the local community.
The role of a Level 1 Gymnastics coach is crucial in assisting children aged 4+ to achieve their goals following the British Gymnastics award scheme.

Additionally, coaches should be flexible and adaptable with differing hours and demands from time to time.
We offer a range of benefits including My Staff Shop, discounted staff membership, incremental holidays, employee assistance programme, company pension, various insurance and saving schemes, financial advice, cycle-to-work and car leasing tax-efficient schemes, and fully funded training and career progression opportunities.
We value our staff and want them to feel healthy, happy, and valued. Our benefits package is designed to support your overall wellbeing and career development.
