Job Summary:
The Strategic Engineering and Operations Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of Citigroup's critical infrastructure worldwide. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement corporate standards for design, construction, and operation of critical facilities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure capacity planning for new projects meets requirements.
  • Conduct regular reviews of existing operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage Incident and Outage Response, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.

Requirements:
  • A degree or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline.
  • Relevant experience managing engineering and operational management of mission critical facilities.
  • Clear technical understanding of Critical Facilities operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary:
