Operations Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Support Coordinator. This role will provide critical support to our Facilities Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling maintenance tasks and monitoring compliance schedules.
  • Assist in managing vendor relationships, procuring services and materials, and tracking expenses.
  • Support in implementing energy-saving initiatives and reducing waste.
  • Develop and maintain records and reports on facility operations, maintenance, and safety.
  • Communicate with staff, vendors, and contractors regarding facility-related matters.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Facilities management qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary:

$50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
