Job Overview

Lancashire County Council is seeking a highly skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Adult Services Community Occupational Therapy Team. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care services to adults in East Lancashire.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing expert occupational therapy services to adults in East Lancashire, working closely with colleagues to deliver effective care outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Assessing client needs and developing personalized care plans
  2. Delivering high-quality occupational therapy interventions
  3. Providing supervision and support to junior staff members

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of adult mental health and social care principles. You must also hold current registration with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC).
