About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team at Robinson Financial Careers. As a key member of our Wealth Management Firm, you will play a vital role in supporting our Financial Advisers and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Financial Advisers in preparing recommendations and maintaining client records
  • Research and learn about various financial products, including individual and employer pension knowledge, investments, and protection products
  • Collate and evaluate client policy/investment/pension information
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of pipeline and submitted business
  • Provide administrative support, including creating and maintaining client files and entering details onto our back-office database
  • Submit business on internal and external systems
  • Develop a broad knowledge of financial products and services
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a financial services business
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a busy and professional environment
  • Good IT skills, including Office 365
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
