Responsibilities
  • Prepare documentation for outgoing orders and customs clearance
  • Process order requests using the SAP ERP and EWM system
  • Coordinate and manage time slots for outgoing trucks
  • Evaluate forwarders' performance based on quality, timelines, and goals alignment
  • Address issues related to demands and stock levels
  • Generate reports based on findings and truck throughput performance
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • A strong emphasis on product quality and safety standards
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
