Job Title: Financial Literacy Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced project manager to develop and deliver training for adults with learning disabilities, focusing on financial literacy.

The successful candidate will have a teaching qualification and experience working with learners with learning disabilities. The role involves creating own course content, fact-finding and research, testing the content with learners, and delivering the content over 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive financial literacy training program for adults with learning disabilities.
  • Collaborate with the global bank partner to ensure the training meets their needs and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of project progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Teaching qualification and experience working with learners with learning disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
  • Opportunity to develop and own a project while gaining experience working with a global bank and a leading charity.
  • Travel expenses covered and occasional overnight stays may be required.
