Business Development Lead

ADLIB Recruitment | B Corp™ is seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base within the Mining Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account development plans to maximize net revenue retention and annual recurring revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and deliver clear ROI for clients.
- Establish trust-based relationships with clients to foster the adoption of innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage strategic insights and address industry challenges.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in driving business results and revenue growth in the Mining Industry.
- Strong skills in expanding client bases and leveraging strategic insights to address industry challenges.
- Active engagement with key industry bodies to strengthen market presence and credibility.
What We Offer:
The salary for this role is up to £55,000 per annum. The arrangement for this role is hybrid based in either Guildford or London, offering flexibility and work-life balance.
