Job Summary

Qualified Nursery Room Leader Wanted

We are seeking a skilled childcare professional to join our team at Busy Bees Nursery. As a Room Leader, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting the team, promoting best practices, and ensuring the highest standards of childcare.

About the Role

As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the needs of every individual child are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
  • Observing, assessing, and planning for key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally challenging next steps, and supporting the staff team.
  • Encouraging and praising children's development and achievements while guiding and managing the team in your room.
  • Working collaboratively with the team to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner.
