Design Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Design Services Manager to lead our in-house Design Team. Our Asset Management Design & Delivery team has a diverse portfolio of transport infrastructure projects. Your role will be critical to the development of our infrastructure and active travel initiatives, vital to the future economic wellbeing of Cambridgeshire.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our in-house project management team to design and deliver an integrated work programme. Collaboration, enthusiasm, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
You will ensure that health, safety, and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do in our day-to-day activities. Your focus on delivering value for money and getting it right first time for our communities will be crucial in achieving our goals.
About YouYou will have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with significant experience in highway design and infrastructure projects. Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of managing a team of industry experts are necessary for this role.
As a Design Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Design Team and delivering design and construction projects. Your ability to work collaboratively with our project management team and ensure the successful delivery of our projects will be essential.
