This permanent position is ideal for someone seeking long-term employment and a stable career path.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing M&E trade teams on commercial projects, including construction, refurbishments, and maintenance contracts.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on commercial sites, electrical time served management experience, and a 18th Edition certification.

Additionally, a CSCS Black card or equivalent, and IOSH – Managing safely (desirable) qualifications are required.

A strong background in project management and experience managing M&E projects are essential for this role.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting and fast-paced team, delivering essential services.

Our client offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive package including a company vehicle or vehicle allowance.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday.
