The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and safety, with experience in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs. This role involves a mix of office-based work, site visits, and occasional travel nationwide.

  1. Design and Deliver Training Programs: Develop and deliver engaging and informative health and safety training sessions for various client sites and in-office settings.
  2. Update and Refine Training Materials: Design, update, and refine training materials to ensure they meet current health and safety regulations and best practices.
  3. Conduct Site Visits and Assessments: Flexibility to travel nationwide, providing training and assessments across multiple locations.
  4. Ensure Compliance and Quality: Ensure all training aligns with legislative requirements and consultancy standards.

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualifications: NEBOSH General Certificate and IOSH certification essential.
  • Experience: Prior experience delivering NEBOSH and IOSH training, both in-classroom and onsite.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel and spend nights away as required.
