Marketing Manager: Marsh Financial and Professional Lines

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in London. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy aligned to our UK business objectives. You will work closely with our sales leaders and business development team to create compelling marketing campaigns that drive client and prospect engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with our UK business objectives
- Work closely with sales leaders and business development team to create marketing campaigns
- Manage multiple marketing programs for differing lines of business
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure delivery of all aspects of brand activation
- Measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Marsh policies and applicable laws/regulations
What You'll Need:
- Experience working in a corporate matrixed B2B marketing environment
- Relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Influencing and negotiation skills at senior executive levels
- Marketing generalist with extensive experience across all marketing disciplines and delivery channels
- Experience in building B2B brands and delivering integrated campaigns
