Job Description
As a Upholstery Trainer, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional training to our staff, enabling them to meet the highest standards of quality and technique in upholstery. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about upholstery and has a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.

Key responsibilities include assessing current skill levels at each stage of upholstery, identifying and rectifying skill shortages in the current staff population, and training individuals to the required standards. You will also work closely with the development team to assist with new model introduction and training, increasing operational flexibility by training staff to cover all aspects of upholstery.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of upholstery knowledge and experience, with a proven track record in training others. You will need strong communication skills and the ability to ensure training meets necessary standards.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive training in all aspects of upholstery to our staff
- Work closely with the development team to assist with new model introduction and training
- Increase operational flexibility by training staff to cover all aspects of upholstery

Requirements
- At least 5 years of upholstery knowledge and experience
- Proven training experience
- Strong communication skills
