About the Role

As a Commercial Reporting and Planning Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Zone Director and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insightful reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Financial Planning and Analyst Manager with sales commissions, sales forecasts, budgets, and financial month-end duties across the UK, Netherlands, and Belgium.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, marketing, and functional managers to provide relevant and actionable reporting to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain business plans for individual sales areas and personnel, focusing on core customers, prospects, and vertical markets.
  • Drive the adoption of Sales Force and Power BI among sales managers and the community, promoting data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
  • Ideal candidate has a degree and experience in a support role within a global or multinational business.
  • Proficient in IT, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience extracting data from SAP BW, Salesforce, and Power BI.
  • Willingness to develop and improve processes and reporting.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a varied workload.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and numerical dexterity.
  • English as a strong language skill is mandatory.
  • Potential interest in studying for an accountancy qualification.
