We run sports and activity day camps for children throughout the school holidays that deliver our mission – getting children active, having fun and learning together.
We know market-leading programmes don't deliver themselves - it's our people who create amazing holiday experiences for children - and we're now hiring energetic and passionate Swim Teachers and Lifeguards to deliver our mission in 2024 and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver bespoke and engaging 30-45 minute sessions with mixed ability groups aged between 5-17 focusing on building water confidence and improving swimming techniques.
- Ensure the welfare of children is paramount at all times, supervising children during their lunch breaks, participating in swimming sessions, overseeing safe use of equipment and promptly recording any incidents.
- Work with 3 to 8 groups of mixed ability children, with a maximum of 16 children in the pool with sessions typically last between 30 – 45 minutes.
- 12 months experience as a swim teacher.
- Up to date SEQ Level 2 or STA Level 2 certification.
- Current Lifeguard Qualification: National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or National Rescue Award to Swimming Teachers and Coach (NRASTC).
- Upwards of 6 months experience working with 5 – 17-year-olds.
