About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Pharma business as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. The company has experienced significant growth and investment over the last 12 months and is expected to continue this trend in the coming year.

As a key member of the FP&A team, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering financial management information and analysis to support decision-making. Your expertise will be highly visible, and you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs)
  2. Prepare and deliver quarterly reports and management information (MI) packs
  3. Communicate management information effectively to stakeholders

You will be responsible for providing insightful performance reviews, acting as a strategic partner across various business areas, and assisting with consolidating management plans and forecasts. Your commercial skills and ability to influence senior management will be essential in driving business growth and success.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with a strong track record of operating in an FP&A role. You will be expected to present to and influence senior management, possess excellent commercial skills, and have a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis.

The salary for this role is £70,000 plus bonus, and you will be working for a company with exciting plans for the future.
