Constellation seeks skilled culinary professionals to join its team. As a School Chef, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food experiences while adhering to high standards and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Chef Manager, Sous Chef, or Chef De Partie, with a strong track record of maintaining exceptional hygiene and cleanliness standards.
This is a casual opportunity available during school term time, with hours from Monday to Friday within school hours. The hourly rate ranges from £16 to £21.45, depending on the level of chef required.
Main responsibilities include preparing delicious food according to menu specifications, ensuring all ingredients are available, and taking pride in business standards. Additionally, you will assist with new team members by providing respectful coaching as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef Manager, Sous Chef, or Chef De Partie
- Exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Ability to remain calm during high-volume periods
- Confidence when interacting with people
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Driven and dependable approach to work
