About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients presenting with diabetes and endocrine-related conditions. This includes supporting clinical decision-making, providing on-call support, and participating in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching programs.

  • Salary: £85,000 - £105,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Your Responsibilities

As a Clinical Lead, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sustaining and developing teaching and research opportunities within the department
  • Participating in quality assurance initiatives and contributing to risk management
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and skills through Continuing Medical Education (CME) and Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
  • Responding to complaints and critical incidents in accordance with Trust procedures
