We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinical care specialist to join our ward team at Ramsay Health Care UK Operations Limited. As a clinical care specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, contributing to the overall success of our hospital, and working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
- Registered with the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council)
- Previous experience within surgical wards
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the business
- A passion for delivering an excellent patient-focus service
- Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
