Role Overview
As a Collection and Delivery Driver for DPD Group UK, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely delivery of parcels. This position requires a valid C1 licence, DQC, and CPC accreditation, as well as 12 months of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with loading parcels at the depot
- Deliver and collect parcels in the region, adhering to schedules and deadlines
- Provide great customer service, recognizing the value of a positive experience
- Work efficiently, multitasking and problem-solving to meet delivery targets
- Lift, load, and carry parcels as required
Requirements
- Valid 7.5T (C1) licence, DQC, and CPC accreditation
- 12 months of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift and carry parcels
