Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Health and Environmental Manager to develop our site Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and progressive individual to join our team at Hunter Selection.

About the Role

  • Maintain and improve health, safety, and environmental standards, processes, and procedures across our site.
  • Coach supervisors and managers on best practice in HSE.
  • Manage the EHS and ISO 14001 environmental strategy, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Investigate accidents and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents.

Requirements

  • Must have experience as a HSE Manager or similar role.
  • Beneficial to have worked in manufacturing industry.
  • Hold NEBOSH General Certificate and IOSH qualifications.
  • ISO 14001 auditing experience would be beneficial.

Benefits and Salary

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus benefits including 9% private pension and X4 life assurance. You will also enjoy 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
