Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage duty shifts, coordinating teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and presentation
  • Supervise colleagues, providing guidance and feedback to enhance performance
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate starting at £14.28 (increasing to £15.41 for stores within the M25) plus a night premium of £2.30 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am
  • A minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with opportunities to work additional hours
