Key responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the dishwash and surrounding areas.
  • Carry out all washing up duties for a busy kitchen and restaurant.
  • Clean and sterilize counter tops, walls and sinks.
  • Ensure FOH and BOH are clean and tidy.
  • Assist with basic food preparation if required.
  • Assist with daily and weekly deep cleans.
  • Assist with deliveries and organize them in the correct storage areas.
  • Remove waste from waste containers and dispose of them in the correct external bins.
  • Provide assistance to front of house and kitchen staff as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role desirable.
  • Customer-focused and a good communicator.
  • Excellent team player with a flexible approach to duties.
