Support a Young Client with Complex Health Needs

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Support Worker to join our team in Chelmsford, supporting a young client with complex health needs at school.

About the Role

This is a part-time position, working 2 days a week, 15 hours a week, term time only. You will be supporting our client with all aspects of their care, including managing their clinical equipment.
