Clinical Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team at Exemplar Health Care's Pathways care home in Sutton-in-Ashfield.
As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will play a key role in the daily running of our home, leading a team of care and nursing colleagues to ensure that people's medical, physical, emotional, and safeguarding needs are met.
You will be responsible for providing strong leadership to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement, overseeing and managing all clinical elements and risks, and ensuring compliance with our clinical governance framework, regulatory requirements, and CQC standards.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of care and nursing colleagues to deliver high-quality care and services
- Developing and implementing care plans and risk assessments
- Managing and mitigating clinical risks
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and CQC standards
We are looking for someone with a first-level nursing registration, a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN, and a minimum of three years post-registration experience and management or supervisory experience, training, or qualification.
As a Clinical Nurse Manager with Exemplar Health Care, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and progress into a management role, working closely with the Home Manager to ensure the home runs effectively and efficiently.
