Category Specialist Quality Management

We are seeking a skilled Category Specialist to join our Quality Management team at Interpersonnel UK Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating automotive products to ensure they meet relevant specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analysis and inspection of automotive components
  • Accurate compilation and documentation of product inspections
  • Technical liaison with suppliers and procurement/supplier management teams
  • Support external audit teams as required
Requirements:
  • GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above
  • Engineering or Automotive technical qualification desirable
  • Experience within a QC inspection role (automotive preferred)
  • Proficient in the use of measurement tools within a quality environment
  • Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office and web-based products)
  • The ability to review, analyse and interpret technical drawings
  • Confidence to communicate at all levels within the business
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work on one's own initiative
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
