Plant Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plant and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Implement a new PM system for all plant and equipment
- Ensure all plant and equipment are safe and compliance for use is upheld and available
- Be 'audit ready' with all compliance and service records at all times and assist with audits
- Lead contractors that visit the site and oversee their work
- Hands on replacement and repair of bearings, rollers, drums, gearboxes, pumps, rams, trommels
- Complete safety visual assessments
- Report on operations on spending, availability and issues affecting the plant
- Experience in plant and equipment maintenance and repair
- Multi-skilled maintenance and fabrication experience
- Ability to record data records online
- Valid driver's license
- Days based role and company vehicle
- Salary between £37,000 and £42,000
- Any additional hours paid
- 28 days annual leave
