About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Early Years Apprenticeship Tutor to lead our team in shaping the future of Early Years professionals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in assessing and developing personalized training plans, as well as delivering engaging training sessions. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to manage a caseload of learners effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting skills reviews with apprentices and employers to identify training gaps
  • Developing and implementing tailored training plans to meet individual needs
  • Delivering high-quality training sessions, including functional skills, aligned with awarding body standards
  • Performing workplace observations and maintaining accurate learner records
What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An Assessor's qualification
  • A qualification in Early Years
  • At least one year's experience in a similar position
  • Access to a car for travel

As an experienced Nursery Manager or Early Years Teacher, we offer the opportunity to earn your Assessor's qualification while on the job.
