German Inbound Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Immigration Specialist to deliver immigration advice and processing for German corporate clients. As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing a range of corporate immigration applications and coordinating with clients to ensure seamless delivery.

About the Role:
* Manage a volume caseload of corporate immigration applications and provide advice & guidance to corporate clients regarding corporate immigration and the associated issues.* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent communication and customer services skills are utilised throughout the application process.* Work closely with the wider team to facilitate clients' other international instructions and ensure effective case progression and document management.

Requirements:
* Previous experience of German inbound corporate immigration and/or German language skills (highly desirable but not essential to the role)* Excellent case management skills and ability to work to KPIs and report to clients in respect of key metrics* Bachelor degree, or equivalent* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex information to clients.
